See Jensen’s post below for full details - but they’ve failed to deliver a cabinet within our order, constantly claiming “there’s no reason you won’t receive your cabinet”, despite the fact that it’s been weeks with constant excuses and ignoring us. Update as of 10.14: Someone came to finally drop off our cabinet 10.13 and they brought us the wrong cabinet. Was assured they have the correct cabinet and someone would drop it off 10.14 however our messages have so far been ignored. Unfortunate that I have to write this review but after months of patience and understanding, my husband and I have still not received an item we have already paid for and have been lied to repeatedly. I strongly advise against doing business with American Granite Tristate. Their customer service is terrible, and they seem more interested in making a sale than providing accurate information. During our visit, Kristen and her colleague gave us conflicting information about the project timeline. Kristen said two weeks, while her colleague estimated a month or more. Installation date was delayed a week later than they promised but they did great job. American Granite’s quote was lowest and I was happy with quality and installation.
