American Glass Pro was suppose order us a ***** Dealership windshield. This was already approved by (******** - WHICH MY INSURANCE USES FOR GLASS EVALUTATION). When American Glass Pro came to the house, they had the same brand but not ***** glass. I understand that there can be problems with the cameras on cars if it is not replaced with Dealership glass and you are most likely voiding any warranty you have with the dealership in reference to the cameras not functioning properly. I think *** ****** is a con artist. If he doesn't get his way he will blast your company every way he can. I would never do business with this company because of him.

They made an appointment without my consent, they keep calling, I receive texts about the appointment when they say I don't have anything on the calendar. Be very careful with this company.

My dealership recommend I replace my perfectly good windshield with this company. After American Glass Professionals replaced my windshield, 2 days later I woke up to a 2-3 inch crack, noticed rubber seal damage, and they broke the plastic cover behind my rear view mirror. When they came to check the damage of the crack, they fixed the broken cover with double sided tape. Windshield crack is huge now, rubber seal is still damaged, and plastic covering is now hanging as the tape has failed. All for them to tell me the crack w... read more

They told us we had a crack in our windshield and since we always deal with Safelite we scheduled with them! When we went to Safelite they looked at the windshield and said there was nothing wrong with it!

I have been approached by one of their agents to have my windshield replaced. They scheduled me on Feb. 22.Nobody showed up. Come to find out the windshield was not available but nobody bothered to call or text me. They rescheduled on Feb. 26,stating it was going to be a priority. They called later that the glass had a scratch. So it was rescheduled again for Feb 29. They said they will call in the morning to set up a time. No call. So I called.
