I took my car to Bill Luke and they said they would install my windshield there when I picked my car up it wasn’t installed. When I called to see why it wasn’t installed they said they would call me back to figure out scheduling and they never called back. I decided to go with safelite and it was way less hassl
After coming to my house with the wrong windshield. I called them twice and was told they would call me back two days ago. Never heard back from them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Bad customer service!!
I was at the dealership on a Thursday for an oil change and planned on bring my car in the following Monday for other service. A rep from this glass company works at the dealership and came over and gave me the impression that if I filled of the claim right there through my insurance that they could replace my glass that day. Ladies and gentleman, I just edited my review on here. I was an employee when I left this review. Everyone you see leaving a review, is an employee or friend of an employee. We were asked to bombard this review area with positive reviews, after a new employee left due to being unhappy with the position and he left a bad review.
