Kimball is a phenomenal craftsman. He replaced a 40 year old dual payne window and the project came out perfect.
Needed a front window glass replaced, gave me a quote over the phone after me providing details and photos. When I was ready they came out same day and had it replaced in about an hour. Will use them again when I need glass or mirrors.
Everything was easy. These folks are super great to deal with. Same day service on coming out to measure, provided quote and timing estimate same day. Hit the timing estimate spot on and called to let me know they could come out same day. Work was done to perfection and estimate remained unchanged...and they were really pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend.
A GREAT company to work with that keeps their word and stands behind their work. Rosemary and Kimbal made it an easy painless process! The only bump in the road we hit was that when the glass was first installed, it accidentally cracked. A week later Kimbal showed up and they reinstalled a new pane of glass, out of their own pocket with zero complaints.
