I called for several days and no answer. I thought they were out-of-business. No, they were on vacation. Then, they said our 3 windows would be in, in 2-3 weeks. Today, 8 weeks later, they came to install them. First, they realize they don't have the correct tool and have to leave and return. Then, they broke our new mini- blind in the process.
