Walked in needing some glass shelves. the lady behind the desk was very informative on the questions I had. I proceeded with my order and got them a week and half later cause they were tempered. I will be doing business with them again.

American Glass in Fort Worth, TX installed a shower door incorrectly in my home. I looked up the install sheet from the manufacturer, pulled several photos of the correct install from the Manufacturer and highlighted the issues with the installation via photos and videos, (excessive leaking based on faulty install). They came to my home to "address my issues" and proceeded to deny installing the shower doors incorrectly, said the product didn't come with all the parts (a lie), inferring that we couldn't afford their higher ... read more
