I have stopped here multiple times to have glass cut for replacement windows and picture frames. It is a small family shop with quick, courteous, and inexpensive service.

This company owned by David Alciati will steal from you. He refuses to answer any calls or messages. He stole mirrors from a dance studio in Hartford. He was hired to take the mirrors out of our previous location and they were to be brought to our new studio and installed... now we can't find him. Do not trust David Alciati and his American Glass Company. He will take your money and property with no remorse.

Took my deposit for a window that was supposed to take 7-10 days to come in. Scheduled to install and they never showed up. 45 days later I couldn't even get anyone to call me back. Voicemail is always full and when I can leave a message, no one calls back. It's been 3 months now, and still nothing! Shady company!
