Very friendly guy came out named Paul and he followed up with the installation as well. Very professional and easy going. Everything turned out great. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks guys.
Super company. Salesman was well dressed, well spoken and knowledgable. The installers showed up, on time and the windows looked great. My old basement windows looked horrible, were not energy effecient and were not secure. My new glass block windows are air tight and give me a sense of security. I highly recommend American Glass Block.
I have no recommendation for this company. I called for an estimate and played phone tag with their voicemail for a few days. It seemed like no one actually answered the phone. I finally got a call back and was told that my number would be passed on to their estimate guy. I waited four days (over a weekend) before I called again.
