simply did not have a pleasant experience with this company, and we will never get the original deed to our house because they said it must have gotten lost in the mail. When we reached out for assistance we received nothing but poor customer service after originally being reassured that it would only be a 6 week process. Just too much money for 0 peace of mind. Closed on the house in June. it is September and we have no deed in hand. We'll get a copy eventually though... that we also have to pay for. Just a thought but mayb... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was ripped off $1900 and will never receive the original deed to my house because they lost it in the mail. Owner refuses to refund me stating they did their part by recording at the court house. Extremely rude on the phone and is holding my "copy" hostage at the office.
Terrific! John is always on point with closings and documents. Will continue to use and highly recommend! A+ thanks again guys!
