My father passed away two years ago and AIG is just now claiming they were just recently notified about his death and have been sitting on the beneficiaries payout.. the claims kids will not give any information out stating the claim is being reviewed. His policy is paid in full for a number of years now and they do not want to pay.

They have given me 10 phone numbers and still haven't gotten the right department. No one knows what is going on!!!!
All is great, until you have to execute a power of attorney to help out your parents. Be careful of this company.
