This place is not even open or there. Most horrible company ever. Drove 3 hours to talk with someone in person to find out they are not even there. Worst customer serve of any company i have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THIS COMAPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE THEY TOLD US THEY WONT PAY FOR THE FUNERAL COST BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD THE INSURANCE FOR A YEAR AND NOT TWO YEARS LEAVING US IN DEBT
I have four other insurance policies. This company is the worst I have ever encountered. RUN.
So frustrating to work with! I have been trying to get documentation since June 10, 2025! Every time I call I get a different answer. No one looks through the file, told me I needed to send an affidavit, they have one on file! Once (if I ever) get these documents I will be done with this company. Of course, another organization is waiting for these documents before they can proceed. I let them know every time I contact American General so they know what a disaster American General is.
