We had two doors installed today. They look awesome! Excellent work and service was demonstrated. We would definitely recommend American Garage Door.
I live in Morgantown and there are no garage door installers in town. Strange. My garage door was LOUD and one side of the spring was broken. I was expecting a new install that would cost me $3K-$4K Called this company and they asked me to send some photos. By the time I finished all the no, no, no’s i wasn’t interested any longer. The concept behind sales is customer service. How many times must we email back and forth? Have you ever once gone to a customer’s home and actually done an estimate? I am ready to purchase, not play games! You lost a sale! Lowe’s here I come!
