The large customer service manager Brittany was rude to me. And was so large.
Sales person flat out lied on availability of item to get sale.
Thornton location is lazy wouldn't even call the Westminster location to see if they had an item for me
I didn't want to leave this review because the store staff was helpful and patient. The delivery was terrible. I requested them to take off shoes, put on shoe cover, and they won't do it, saying it's company's policy. Now I need to carry the big queen mattress myself to 2nd floor because i don't want my carpet to be damaged. There was Also called customer service ahead and the person on call wasn't patient at all. Even there's is just one item, it's a company policy to not take off shoes or wear a shoe cover.
