First off, I worked with cj. He was a great salesman. Very respectable hardworking in new his stuff. Everything was good up until I got to the final stage to where I was intended to sign a financial agreement to where I caught the young girl up at the front misleading me, giving false information in trying to coerce me into signing an agreement that I did not agree with Based upon false information. Never had an issue with AFW til now. Purchased a chair 2 weeks ago but they had to transfer it from Firestone to Westminster. No problem. Came Beck to Westminster AFW on 12/20 to pick it up as directed by the salesman. No chair. They delivered it to Thornton. Warehouse guy says no problem, I'll have them transfer it here and it will be ready for pick up on Monday 12/22...we said great. We're here to pick up the chair. Guess what? Chair isn't here. Its in Thornton!! No one cares here. Where is the customer service? Not here. ... read more
