First off their furniture is affordable and we have purchased from them before (this particular set is made by Ashley), sad to say that we will not be purchasing from AFW (or Ashley) in the future as they refuse to honor their warranty .The leather reclining sofa is still under the 1 year warranty and the die is coming off clearly it's a manufacturing defect and they say it isn't . Our sales rep, Wanda, was fantastic! We furnished two rooms with her creativity and absolutely love both. Had problems with delivery of a floor vase (twice arrived broken) but the store made it right. Wish I had more rooms to decorate with them!

Part 2: I will be recommending everyone in my growing development to avoid the company all together, as well as warning potential new customers by posting on review websites. We are so unhappy with our experience that we are returning all of our items and not even bothering to go up to Denver to buy from them. We also told the employees that we will be returning our $3,000 worth of purchases and were told flat out to go ahead and that that's fine... so that is what we will do. I have never in my life dealt with such a ridiculous and incompetent business. My husband and I own a pub in Colorado Springs. WE HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR LESS THAN 1 MONTH! We bought over $6,000 in tables and chairs from American Furniture Warehouse. Less than a month later our tables are so warped and un-level that they aren't even flat. They warped so much that the screws holding them to the bases actually broke. With less than a month of being open we thought for sure they would help us out.
