Buyer beware. Purchased a couch 5/2/2026. Receipt states 2-4 weeks for delivery/pickup. It's now 6/3/2026. I have called 3xs to understand what the status was and have gotten lies and delay tactics each call. I was told they would call me back with an update 2xs. They have never called me...Most recent call, I asked for a refund, and was told they were unable to do this and that a supervisor would call me back. We were helped by Ethan Miller! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel welcomed! Thanks to him we found a beautiful sofa and ottoman we loved! Thanks again for the great service and hospitality.

bad customer service wasn’t greeted the workers walked right passed us..the going out of business sale on top of memorial days sales prices are still high
