Sad trying to find info on installing a new spring. No email and contacting them seems to be difficult for.many
Bought a living room set from big lots. None of the recliner’s work like they are supposed too. Some of the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever set on.
Bought recliner from big lots and arm not even stapled together, missed by bout 1 4th inch. Leans to one side and springs pop. I would not buy any more of this brand ever again. It's heartbreaking to work hard and get ripped off.
