Bad customer service – Three months ago I ordered a table from this store. I came into the store knowing the exact mfg, model and finish. The sales person became argumentative about every element of my order - even though I was correct. I have had to call to check the status of delivery and every time the sales person says they are going to call me back and then don't call back.
