HORRIBLE SERVICE. This company does not deserve even one star. I agree with the other reviewer, the sales people blatantly lie to you and make false promises. They totally lack customer service and do nothing to make you feel better when your items are not coming with the promised time. They basically say "oh well nothing I can do". WORSE furniture store around. Will never use them again, buyers please be warned... I cannot even get a manager to make a complaint! What a horrible store!
Will never buy from this Company again. They tell you that your furniture will be delivered within 7 days, you call back and they then tell you 7 business Days. On the 7th Business Day, they tell you now that it is 7 to 10 Business Days that they will get it in the Store. This company is not trustworthy. the Sales People lie to you and all you get is the run around. Paid Cash for the item I ordered, and now they are cancelling my order after waiting 7 Business Days and sending me a check out instead of refunding the money to... read more
