Friendly staff. They had the cotton candy floss mix in different flavors and tubes we needed. They have so many items and products for sale or rent.. Popcorn machines, cotton candy, nachos, etc. I had my popcorn machine service and cleaned and it looks brand new now.
Very disappointed in the customer service I rented a cotton candy machine and it didn’t work properly when I returned the machine I explained the issue and showed them video of the machine not working properly was told they would refund the rental fee back to my card. I wait for the refund and it never happened so I called to ask about it and I’m told that it was operator error and the machine had no issues. Over priced on everything I understand they need to make money to but they are crazy ill drive to Oklahoma city before I ever go back in there and they lie on the phone to get you in go anywhere else Anywhere
Terrible place to deliver, only 1/2 trailer took them 3 hours very lazy. They listen to music more than doing their job. Everyone has schedules, and you made me late for my next appointment.
