This company is impossible to get ahold of. They redid my roof Nov '17 and at almost Oct '18, I still have no paperwork about a warranty or even proof that I had the work done. They never answer the phone, voicemails and FB messages messenger posts are ignored. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding.
Mike gave me a price around 9k including deductible to do my home roof. Chad - may be one of the partners who did the roof and took all the payments. after that, the company started to ask more money, another deductible amount and put notice on my car and door. Not to mention Warranty paperwork. Mike seems nice people to me. He is respectful and responded my message no matter what time. He deserves a five star. I just don't know what happened the company as whole. Any suggestions who used this company?
