Terrible! – After they gain entry they put on the hard sell to try you yo spend more. Meanwhile someone goes around your house with a shop vac and cleans some of the ducts. Not even all of them. They didn't even offer to take their shoes off and if my husband was not home I would not have felt safe. It was just horrible.
Unethical Good: they came on time. Bad: very unethical... they try to rope you in buying and doing alot of work you don't need, and they DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!. Other: they Let the dog out, and never even attempted to help get him! If you are looking to have your vents cleaned, save your money and hire an actual furnace company that DOES know what they are talking about, and knows how to do it!.
