Bought a frigerator yesterday and they said it was too late to load up and to come this morning to pick it up. The store never opened today. Not sure why, but very unhappy right now.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I don’t care if this store is closing or not. You have people waiting in line for over 3 hours with one employee checking people out with 1 other employee standing around entering whatever they are on a computer instead of helping people in line. The one employee gets up and walks off in THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION and doesn’t say anything. The other employee 5 feet away still does nothing to help people in line. Gay just took a brake mid transaction came back gabed keys and said im going to lunch leaving 30 plus people in line and other workers refuse to check anyone out
We are new to the area and drove 25 mins to the Chapel Hills Mall location only to find the doors locked at 5:30pm. We were waiting with another couple who said they drove 4 hours to get here. We also called multiple times with no answer
Dont bother going here. Prices in store are not what is advertised online, they are much higher. While in the store we were looking around and the owner / manager yells out loud that everyone needs to get out cause he has to eat. Make a sandwich before you show up genius. I wouldn't be surprised if they really are going out of business with that kind of horrible attitude.
