They led me to believe I could exchange throw pillows on a couch I bought yesterday Dec 3,,, I even called the salesperson when I got home to confirm It ,, it was delivered today and it had the ugly brown pillows, I went back to exchange them and the manager would not do it, so I’m stuck with these ugly brown throws , the couch is gray who puts brown with gray?? They suck. Don’t buy from them.. it’s bait and switch

This place is a absolute joke! We bought a living room set and a mattress from them a year ago. Within 3 months the recliners started to mess up. Now one doesn’t work at all and the middle part of the couch is broke. It took me 4 times of calling to get the warranty number. They are rude and don’t have a clue what they are doing. Then when I call the warranty place they don’t have any of my information at. So the store didn’t even give it to them when we PAID extra for that warranty. Never ever using this place again. we ordered furniture few weeks ago had it scheduled since Thursday for delivery at 1pm it's now almost 6pl still no furniture finally arrived but delivery guy was rude
