I paid extra at the store for a 3rd floor delivery, then the driver arrives and tried to get MORE money out of me claiming he's an "independent contractor" and they charge more than what the store does. I didn't pay but seems like they have pretty shady people doing the deliveries.

Went on Saturday 11/23/24 to get living room furniture. Nick was awesome he answered all questions that I had a was very helpful during the entire process. I was told my delivery could be scheduled for the next day 11/24/24 between 1pm and 6pm. I waited home all day and called at 5pm to make sure it was still being delivered. I was informed that I had actually been scheduled for 11/25/24 between 1pm and 6pm but they would try to get it here earlier. So I stayed home all day for nothing.
