Joe was phenomenal! He didn't realize that the bed frame he sold me was out of stock and went out of his way to get it set up for me and take the one that was on display just so I could have it! I'm more than happy with the service I was provided by American Freight and by Joe as a person. I will 100% suggest this place along with Joe to my friends and family who need furniture! I purchased a queen mattress today and I couldn't be happier with the final price or the service! Dustin helped me from the time I walked through the door to delivery. I was pretty indecisive about the firmness/softness of the bed I wanted and he patiently helped me along as I made a decision feeling each bed in my price range. I opted for delivery and was impressed it was same day. Very disappointed in our “service”. After finding what we needed we had a few questions but were never once approached by ANY employee. Asked one guy to help us but he was already busy with another customer. That we understand. We waited a while but no one helped us. We left empty handed with no intentions of ever going back. We may pay more elsewhere but we’ll also get the the service we deserve.
Junk furniture outlet come and get your cheaply made queen mattress that's guaranteed to collapse in a few months oh and don't forget your box spring that is nothing more than a few pieces of wood with cloth over it...you've been warned!!
Horrible customer service. They sell furniture they don't have in Stock and wait till you go to pick up before they tell you they don't have it. Manager is rude and arrogant.
