If I could give half a star, I would. At first, my hubsand and I were thrilled. We laid eyes on a beautiful sectional that was everything we wanted. And we were given a great deal and the sales associate was extremely friendly and help. But, let me rewind. I have previously had a terrible experience with American Freight back in TN--we were told a couch would take 3-4 weeks to arrive and it took 8. AND it was the wrong color when it finally did arrive. Excellent prices!! I looked online at one of the items I wanted and it was $2081MORE than what American Freight was charging. Unreal. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is simple and incredibly friendly. This place is no frills and no b.s. Loved it.
Today my husband and I walked in for the first time at American Freight. We Were warmly greeted by Phillip with such helpful tips as we begin to look around. Phillip has such a great personality and very pleasant. He is very authentic in his people skills. He helped us so much narrow down in what we were looking for when it came to a king bed room set. I got my furniture from them.. bedroom suite and love it.. so far
I had been to a few store previous and not found exactly what I was looking for and nor did I feel the sense of care and concern. When I walked into American Freight I was greeted with a warm hello, a warm smile and a firm hand shake at the door by Phillip at this point I knew this is where I needed to spend my money.
