Kerry was so helpful! We walked in and found what we needed immediately at a huge discount to the other furniture stores in the area. Would highly recommend.
First of all, I rarely give 5 stars. Also, this could have gone very badly in the other direction. Half of our sectional was delivered damaged. No problem, they hooked us up with the second one. That one was damaged. The third came and it was perfect. The store manager, Carey, very easily could have given up, but he kept at it and made us happy customers. Thank you so much, Carey! Great job on your customer service!!
My man (Kerry) got me the same exact furniture as Ashley for half the price. It's a no brainer. They even deliver. The sales folks were great. Not pushy jerks trying to force a buy. They pointed me in the direction of what I asked for (couches), and told me to sit on as many as I liked and take all the time I liked. Told me if I had a question to holler. The delivery folks were pleasant and put the furniture exactly where it needed to be. They offer a 5 year warranty that starts AFTER the manufacturer 1 year warranty. 6 year... read more
