An isolated incidence or global corporate practice?? In February we ordered and paid ($1,162.16) for a Maytag dryer “Like New- Out of the Carton” to be delivered and installed. When the installation specialist from K&S Solutions delivered the dryer, they deemed it defective due to significant damage to the drum: They then unhooked the dryer, considered leaving it but chose to haul it away, all while verbally assuring a full refund since we didn’t take procession of this Maytag dryer AND it didn’t work! He was on top of his game, As well as the other employees. We purchased a nice piece of furniture and was completely satisfied. I will recommend this store to those who like superb customer service.
