An isolated incidence or global corporate practice?? In February we ordered and paid ($1,162.16) for a Maytag dryer “Like New- Out of the Carton” to be delivered and installed. When the installation specialist from K&S Solutions delivered the dryer, they deemed it defective due to significant damage to the drum: They then unhooked the dryer, considered leaving it but chose to haul it away, all while verbally assuring a full refund since we didn’t take procession of this Maytag dryer AND it didn’t work! Today my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this store. We was greeted by the store manager Mr. Wheat. This guy was amazing” customer service to die for. He was on top of his game, As well as the other employees. We purchased a nice piece of furniture and was completely satisfied. I will recommend this store to those who like superb customer service.
