I came into American freight located in Huntsville Al North memorial parkway and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted promptly and was asked what it was that I needed. Miss Lateisha has exceptional customer service and she knows her job. She did not stop until I found what I needed. You guys should be lucky to have her!!! Thanks

Not gone lie I was a little on the nawl aint nobody in the parking lot. However they surprised the hack out of me in the inside. Great customer service 👌🏿 And prices baby do you the see $19.99 yes you do. They have good budget friendly prices. Check them out everything looks good. 10/10

I went to look for a couch and arrived at the store close to closing time at 4:45 pm. As soon as I opened the door the lady that worked there grabbed the door from me and said “we’re closed” in a rude tone and closed it on me and locked in right in front of me and then flipped the sign from open to close. If the store hours says open until 5 pm, you should keep it open until 5 or change your hours. Won’t be returning due to the employees attitude.

I give 2 stars for having furniture and trying. The furniture is cheap looking and cheaply made but the prices are higher than they should be. You can go anywhere else and find better quality furniture for the same price. I didn't want to buy a certain item and Leticia (who identified herself as the owner) wanted to be insulting and asked "why do 'yall' do that?"
