I went to look for a couch and arrived at the store close to closing time at 4:45 pm. As soon as I opened the door the lady that worked there grabbed the door from me and said “we’re closed” in a rude tone and closed it on me and locked in right in front of me and then flipped the sign from open to close. If the store hours says open until 5 pm, you should keep it open until 5 or change your hours. Won’t be returning due to the employees attitude.
I give 2 stars for having furniture and trying. The furniture is cheap looking and cheaply made but the prices are higher than they should be. You can go anywhere else and find better quality furniture for the same price. I didn't want to buy a certain item and Leticia (who identified herself as the owner) wanted to be insulting and asked "why do 'yall' do that?" Found exactly what we were looking for and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back there again.
Great service and prices! We came in and found a sectional we really liked. Latisha and Jennifer were really sweet and explained everything to us really well. We were able to find, buy, and pick up the sectional the same day! Great service and experience!
