I had to leave Ocala even though my awning wouldn’t roll all the way up. Driving even one day with it slightly unrolled felt unsafe, and I was honestly pretty anxious about it. My plan was just to secure it as best I could once I got to Point South for the rest of my trip to Wisconsin. We were having issues with our air-conditioning unit and Ron came out and troubleshooting it. We found the problem to be a circuit board, but nobody had them in stock. He helped me order one and have it shipped to our nest destination and showed me how to install it once It got there I was able to install it and everything is working right now. Ron did a great job and I appreciated his help.
Needed winterization before heading north. Ronnie agreed to do it on Saturday, his day off. Showed up on time and did a great job. Highly recommend
