If it were possible to rate this group lower, I’d crawl through broken glass naked to do so. We were in an accident in December, and look at this post, and have been lead on a goose chase Hansel & Gretel couldn’t find their way out of. Every single representative has told us conflicting details about our claim, our responsibility, and our entitlements. They worked hard to find any reason not to help and pay my claim. I had to pay myself. No point in paying for insurance that does not cover you. If this is how they treat military veterans like me, they should really change the company name from American Freedom Insurance.
