This is the worst insurance company ever. I got rear ended by a silly 19 year old kid. 100% their fault. The driver refused to make a statement. I got into the accident in February. It’s April and there has been ZERO updates. Long wait times on the phone. If i could give zero stars I would.

Hable a servicio al cliente y obvio que estoy frustrada por no entender mi factura y la mujer que me atendió no tuvo la decencia ni la astucia de explicarme pero eso si digo que era grosera para mi ser grosera es decir malas palabras y yo nunca le dije ni una groseria pero ella si me colgo el telefona y me dejo con la palabra en la boca. Esa mujer si no sabe ni puede lidiar con la gente no debería trabajar en servio al cliente ya que no está calificada para hacer ese trabajo. Their insured hit my son’s parked car and we have been having problems getting clear answers. The representative name Kris that we spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I would never deal with this insurance if we didn’t have to. She kept telling us to file it under my sons insurance which is insane being as tho their insured is at fault.

I would t recommend this company to an enemy..... THIS IS INFACT THE WORSE COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES.. I HAVE NEVER had such horrible service in my life with an insurance company as this. We are policy holders and they treat us just as they treat non policy holders. No discount in the world is worth this crappy service.. Going on two months .they will do everything to run around and avoid paying
