Horrible customer service. I would give them no stars if that were an option. I've sent multiple emails without response. I reached out to them by phone expressing concerns.. no course of action whatsoever.
I ordered a custom derby cover for a twin cam bike. The cover did not come machined for a O ring seal. They refused to give me the correct part I asked for. Horrible customer service. Never buy from this place again.
Sent American Freedom an image for a custom order for a horn cover , next day they sent me a rendering of what cover would look like completed, I accepted it and had cover four days later, looked great and installed easily. Compliments my fuel door cover I ordered two years ago.
Supper fast received in about a week. Talked with Jeff and was very friendly and helpful with questions I had. Product came in perfect and looks great on my RG3. I would definitely recommend and purchase this product again from this company!!!
