Horrible experience. The city denied request to build my ship and American Freedom Buildings would not refund my my $3500. Deposit even though in the contract I signed said they would.

Premier built & delivered the wrong shed. 3 months after my order, they cancelled it without informing me. My initial deposit was returned except for $175 and the manager has not explained why. I've asked for an explanation by text and voice mail for 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed with how this process was managed through Premier.The cancellation was done by Premier Portable Building, not American Freedom Building. My representative there, Colin, has been courteous and professional throughout this time. He, too, was uninform... read more

We were hoping to build with this company. We paid our deposit then found out the city would not allow what we designed. The contract I signed stated I would be refunded my deposit if building was halted by the city. After talking with 5 people at this company, at least 20 phone calls and emails later and 3 promises of a refund within 2 weeks, the company has stopped returning my calls and emails.
