This company is such a scam, when they have to pay any money, they do everything in their power to not pay a single dollar, full cover and they still didn't want to pay the car or anything, they said they would cover all the medical bills now I'm stuck with 100k+ in dept, they had to cover something from the city and nothing, AVOID this company at all cost.
I am filing this complaint regarding American Freedom Assurance after an alarming and unacceptable claims experience involving my company, Be Safe Transport. On October 13, one of their insured vehicles struck my vehicle. My driver was injured, and my vehicle sustained over $6,000 in damage. The claim was filed under Claim No. PA511500. This company is horrible. My daughter was involved in a car accident with one of their customers. Police report their policy holder was at fault. Accident happened on 12/24/24...4 1/2 weeks later, they are still holding the claim.
