If I could give this company zero Stars I would ! When you go to a correctional facility and try to get your loved one food the machines either don't work they steal your money they don't give you the product and you don't get your money back they give you a 1-800 number to call which nobody takes seriously they'll take your name and number down and see what they can do and never get back to you they say they're going to audit their stuff but they're making thousands of dollars off of your money because nothing ever gets don... read more
Most unorganized, mismanaged and money losing operation I've ever seen. Building is a dump and the people are just as bad. I thought this place was a quality business but I thought wrong.
Machines never work and the company doesn’t care.
Always good coffee, but I just tried to get one this morning before starting work and it didn’t dispense a cup so the coffee just poured into the bottom of machine. There was no one here to complain to about it since it was like 4:50ish in the morning. I tried to look online to let the company know but didn’t see contact info/form for complaints. Hopefully the company will see this.
