Very Unprofessional Nikki the manager never called back for updates or emailed me back regarding an interview that I had cancelled due to a previously scheduled orthodontist appointment. I ended up rescheduling the orthodontist appointment and called I was told to come in for an interview then got sent home and was told to come in the next day and I never received a call to come back like they said they would, so I called and talked to with an attitude. Unprofessional.
I am deeply disappointed by the experience my son had at American Focus. My 8-year-old son, who has Autism Level 3, was abruptly removed from the day center within an hour of his arrival. While speaking with Joe and another unnamed staff member, I was disturbed by the implication that my son was excluded from the program and denied the same opportunities as other clients.
