If I wanted to pay dealer prices, I would have gone to the Mercedes Benz dealer. A quick update. I called the Service manager, Butch as he requested. He had no intention of doing anything to bring his prices down, most likely just blowing smoke (BS) to make it seem like they are reasonable and want to work with customers. I will leave the rest of the review as is, and do yourself a favor and avoid this joint as they are only out to soak you for maximum dollars. Butch and his team know trucks. Most trustworthy diesel mechanic in the Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake area. Great for independent owner operators and fleet managers. Been to the shop myself.
Way overpriced!! Shop around before choosing them. We only went there because the first place we took it to couldn't do a fuel pump on it. After spending $15,000, a new light came on that we had never seen before, and a problem with the air leveling system started that had never happened before. They claim everything is unrelated (big coincidence, right?) So, another $2000. UPDATE: Your response is laughable at best. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our skoolie conversion was having a battery issue and they resolved it! Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for diesel work
