American Flatbread American Flatbread is by far my favorite restaurant in Middlebury. I enjoy the casual dining experience & the great pizza. They also offer organic sodas and drinks. Definitely try this restaurant!

But the experience went something like this: On a Thursday night, we (party of 4) placed our name on the list and were told to expect a perfectly reasonable 35 minute wait. Really Good Pizza Pros: very tasty pizza that no one else makes, large beer selection, good atmosphere
Delicious! American Flatbread offers amazing pizza options which are oven baked right in front of your eyes in a peaceful, relaxing environment. Flatbread uses locally grown food and always provides delicious dining.
Excellent Pizza and Huge Beer List American Flatbread has been my restaurant of choice since moving to Burlington. There are many interesting pizzas on the menu and you can create your own combinations as well. Pizzas are cooked in an open hearth that is visible from most seating areas. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Their salads are very good as well. Service is excellent. Beer list is HUGE! Lots on tap, and they brew their own beer too.
