The story of the American Flatbread began several years ago when founder, George Schenk, built his first wood-fired oven and began to experiment. Crisp, fresh and flavorful, every flatbread is packed with the wholesome goodness of handcrafted food. The flatbread menu is perfectly paired with an equally impressive variety of cra... read more

Excellent Pizza and Huge Beer List American Flatbread has been my restaurant of choice since moving to Burlington. There are many interesting pizzas on the menu and you can create your own combinations as well. Pizzas are cooked in an open hearth that is visible from most seating areas. Very family friendly, if you go early evening, it's mostly families with kids... read more

Really Good Pizza Pros: very tasty pizza that no one else makes, large beer selection, good atmosphere Cons: a little pricey but that's expected from a college town restaurant
