Choosing a company was the tough part, but I am happy I chose American Flag Pole. Every step from ordering to final install was painless. Website was easy to navigate, customer service was very responsive and accommodating, shipping was a breeze and the quality of the pole and flag truly exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Estate in 4X25 in Black Anodization finish and could not be happier. If you are looking for a quality product with no hassle, look no further.
I've tried calling; left a voicemail (at AFP&FC request) and used its "Contact" template and have NEVER gotten a response. Perplexting as to why, but time to move on to a different company that can assist with selecting and installing a residential flag pole. Disappointed in Mendota Heights, MN.
