Miss Nancy is a very polite lady and a family person and cares about her clients..etc making sure everything is good no matter what circumstances is
Nancy makes this place happen. We never had any issues at the unit. We feel confident in storage security. Any issues just call.
5 stars is not enough for American First Storage and Nancy. She deserves a million times infinity stars. This is the absolute best storage place I have ever used (I've used about 10 in my lifetime). The customer service here is outstanding. I usually feel out of place, or like they just don't want to be bothered. Not here. Friendly, patient, and just a joy to talk with. Great experience with American First storage. Once I purchased a space they never raised my price like most storage places do and I was their for almost 3 years. Great customer service!!
