I took Adult/ Pedes CPR/AED + First Aid with Stephanie. The course is a mixture of videos, verbal and hands on instruction. The videos are short and to the point, followed by verbal and hands on teaching. It is the perfect blend of instruction and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The small class size made it easy to learn and ask questions.
Lupe was amazing. Thank you! Highly recommend this class for certification.
****They don’t have any availabilities for ACLS and PALS certifications and are charging customers $7 to cancel. What a scam. They have classes listed available on their website, allowing customers to pay for it, and then state the class is not available due to instructor in-availability, and the customer is charged a refund fee of $7. I suggested to the owner to remove the class on the website for the time-being and he refused. This isn’t a business that looks out for customers.
