First thing first they don't understand english or speak english, very rude and unprofessional behavior.
Nice people, good CD rates. I don't see any problem with tellers and customer service there!!! This place is not like big banks such as BoA that demands appointment even if they are idle. They are ready to listen and accommodate your needs. Try this bank!
Excellent customer service. They do everything they can to qualify people for commercial loans. They got my business.
