Poor customer service. The worst
No deposits in ATM Not open on Saturday Closed early at 5 pm on Friday No zelle No acron rounding up Most other major banks have all these above.
I banked with AFNB for over 15 years. No more!! Their policies and service have gone down hill. It's a shame b/c they use to be really service centered. Also, too many accounting mistakes have been made on their part. Not good for a bank!!
I went to the bank to exchange some currency. Yes, US currency and they would not do it because I do not have an account. I was looking for a new bank, glad they showed me how good their customer service is. Good to know!!!!!
