We had an excellent experience using this company for our chimney cleaning needs. The level of service and professionalism was first-rate, from booking the appointment to the day of service. We would be happy to have Frank back in the future and recommend this company very highly.
I hired this company to come and clean my wood burning stove, I specifically asked if they are able to clear a birds nest out of my chimney and the women on the phone said no problem, the technician arrived at my home (1 hour late) he said that he did not have time to complete the job and would not do it. I have already waited 3 weeks for him to come out now he is telling me he cant get to it till after the holidays. Horrible company horrible service and now I have to all a new company and again wait.
