I worked with AFR on a mold remediation and subsequent repairs in our gym and dance studio/bath house. Justin was our main point of contact and handled everything professionally from start to finish. All of the work was done properly, communication was easy, and the results were exactly what we were looking for. We will work with AFR and Justin again in the future.
A small fire in your apartment can turn into a huge disaster. Most likely you'll be homeless, confused, overwhelmed. immediately the RED CROSS stepes in to help. Then after you get settled, you'll need to deal with restoring your apartment to habitable conditions which are set forth by the city. The whole process is very stressful obviously, but Chris literally was there the day it happened, and walked us through the whole process. He was so responsive to any questions or concerns that we may have had. Adam Gass and the entire team went above and beyond. They were onsite immediately on the day of our fire, installing ventilation equipment and other things to keep the damage contained as much as possible within our apartment. Once the insurance investigation was compete, Adam and his team wasted no time cleaning out the damage, stripping the damaged walls, ceilings and floors, and fully mitigating potential fire smell in all of our base structures. I cannot recommend them more highly.
We had a fire situation on our terrace with severe water damage throughout our condo this past Fall. Our management company initially brought AFR to assess their portion of the damage.
