I really enjoyed working with this company! They were very professional, and took care of my personal belongings with a lot of detail to attention to make sure that everything was kept safe. Anytime I needed any assistance they were available. I highly recommend them.

We had a fire last year in our new home and had a terrible experience with our contractor. Thankfully Ray and his crew from AFR came into our lives and made our terrible experience a a little less terrible.They did such an wonderful job with packing up and returning my contents. They were also very helpful in unpacking my returned items which took a lot of stress off of me. Their care and thoroughness was a 10/10. I highly recommend AFR. I am so grateful that I found American Fire Recovery! I honestly could not have got through recovery process with out Ray. The whole process is so overwhelming, you are in shock, your phone is ringing off the hook with people trying to sell their services and insurance asking questions and telling you what to do next. Someone set my house on fire last August in the middle of the night. A week later another house down the road from me was also set on fire. Theirs burned to the ground. My house was considerably damaged, upwards of $500K to repair. My contractor referred me to American Fire Recovery. I met with Ray Ranciato of AFR and he informed me of how his company could help me. Excellent experience with this company. The owner Ray was very efficient and attended to all details with great care. Boxes and furniture were appropriately labeled and this made the move back process easier. Clothing was cleaned and returned very timely and Ray was very flexible and accommodating when needed.
