It took Aldo 66 days to close on a house, it was only after we backed out of the contract did he actually try to close. Very poor communication the whole entire time, nothing but excuses and lies to buy more time. We finally ended up closing today only because we felt bad for the buyers. Aldo is the worst person to work with, if you are reading this RUN! There is much better places to go where he does not work. He also works at Directions Home Loans.
