The process of applying for the loan and everything else up to the date original closing date was great. Then the day of closing no one would give me a call and I only found out I wasn't closing on that day from a personal friend who happened to have the Branch managers Jesse Warren personal cell phone. American financial missed a requirement and still couldn't call to tell me until late in the day. I had to figure most of this information out on my own and i even tried to call cooperate.
