Would give zero stars if I could, this company is shady and makes the comonay I used to work for look even worse. I went to pull what little retirement funds I had built up and they use a third party to process the withdrawal which then took all the money I was supposed recieve. They then Blame the third party and whatever company you worked for so they dont have to take accountability for essentially stealing your funds. I dont advise using this company, there are way better ones out there who dont screw over their customer... read more
There is no way to contact these people in Houston
Haven’t had a really big issue with this company, until I called customer service to ensure they had all necessary documentation to complete my claim, and the customer service representative was extremely rude. Apparently i asked to many questions.
